5 Hour Beef Stew


3 lb stew beef
2 cans (10 ¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Fresh mushrooms, to taste (optional)

Place all ingredients in an oven-safe casserole dish and mix. Cover and cook for 5 hours at 250o. Serve over rice.
