2 Tablespoons corn oil
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 lb boneless pork in 1-in cubes
2 Tablespoons soy sauce1 can pineapple chunks
1 clove garlic, minced1/2 cup Karo corn syrup
2 Tablespoons cornstarch1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup green pepperHeat corn oil in skillet and brown pork. Add next 6 ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 mins or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 Tablespoons water, add to pork with green pepper. Boil 2 min. Stir constant. Serve over rice.
